Tripac APU Thermoking Code 61. Low or high battery voltage

Signal line in the harness is bad. See where harness is rubbing agains frame somewhere under the truck. 
Or wrong alternator installed. 
See if there are any problems with batteries. One starter battery with 3 regular ones can cause this.
